Our first entry for Standinaqueue Day is from our dear Anna in Sheffield.
Despite claiming to not being technologically minded enough to contribute to a blog, she has managed to send her entry via a combination of email and sms.
She writes:
Here’s a queue in City View Cafe at the Union. Not exciting at all, but very quick.
Speaking of queues, me and Tess went to the Showroom last night to watch Fucking Sheffield (a documentary about junkies and prostitutes) and as we just got in the queue, a member of staff shouted “Fucking Sheffield has just sold out!”.
In all my Showroom going time, I don’t think any film I’ve ever been to see has sold out. Especially not on a Wednesday night. How annoying is that?

I only went to the City View Cafe once in my whole time at Sheffield, and that was with Tess in Freshers Week.
Did you both go and see something else instead of Fucking Sheffield?
